What you'll do
- 01Cold call and follow up with local businesses from our lead lists.
- 02Qualify on the call: open, making sales, and a goal we can move.
- 03Book video calls straight onto the closer’s calendar.
- 04Log every call and outcome in our dialer and CRM.
What you bring
- 012+ years of outbound setting or SDR work, phone first.
- 02A daily dial and booking rate you can show us.
- 03You hear no all day and it doesn’t slow you down.
- 04You book calls that show up and fit, not just calls that fill a calendar.
We can't train yet. This seat is for someone who already does this job well and can prove it.
